Born and raised in Israel, trombonist, composer and band leader Reut Regev has been living in New York for over 13 years. The music on “Keep Winning” is warm and emotional and combined with complex rhythm, apart from leader Reut Regev, guitarist Jean-Claude Bourelly is the main soloist.
During her time in NY, Regev has been finding her own voice in various styles including jazz, Latin, rock, klezmer, blues and more. She records and tours with some of the finest musicians in their respective fields, among them Anthony Braxton, Frank London, Butch Morris, Jean-Claude Bourelly, one of the greatest fusion guitarists, Elliot Sharp, Hazmat Modine and many more.
